Non-Compete Agreement

This Non-Compete Agreement is entered into as of [DATE] by and between [COMPANY NAME] having its principal place of business located at [PO BOX XXXX PC XXX City, Country] (the “Company”) and [EMPLOYEE NAME] (the “Employee”), both of whom agree to be bound by this Agreement.

The Employee and the Company have entered into a contractual employment Agreement whereby the Employee will execute the following role [JOB POSITION]

The Company and the Employee agree upon the following:

1. ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF RELATIONSHIP.

2. NON-COMPETITION.

For the duration of the Employment Agreement and any subsequent agreement executed for the same or similar purpose and for [DURATION OF NON-COMPETITION POST EMPLOYMENT] after the termination of such agreements, the Employee shall not work as an employee in any competition with the Company.
